About The Author
Dr Darren Morton is an internationally recognised wellbeing researcher and educator. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and Director of the Lifestyle Medicine, Health & Wellbeing Research Centre at Avondale University College, NSW, Australia.
